How can I order a product?

Can you send me information on a specific product?
Just send us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org , or call us at 1-888-765-2621.
How to submit an order:
1. Click on the food product of your choice, and Click the "add to basket" icon.
2. Your shopping cart will display the items you have selected.
3. When you are ready to check out, click "checkout".
4. Fill in the recipient's exact address and phone number in the required fields.
5. Now you are ready to enter your credit card information.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, an email confirmation will be sent to your personal mail account with the order details. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after polana.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 1-888-765-2621 to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. Please feel free to contact us at 1-888-765-2621 to ensure that the shipping address is changed. You can change the delivery address during the checkout process by changing the shipping address.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 1-888-765-2621. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
How to Track Your Orders?
To check the status of a current order, go to the home page and click My Polana You will be asked to sign in with your email address and password. In "Your Account," go to Check order Status, to view the Purchase History page, click "Order ID" to view the order status. If you have not created an account at Polana.com, go to the home page and click "Track Orders" link. You will be asked to enter the order number and your email address. Be sure to enter your order number as it appears on your order confirmation email. Then click "View Order Details" to see your order.
