How to defrost

Remove the cake from the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws.

Delicious!!!

I never had this type of cake before, and wanted to try it. I am always leery of buying pastries and the like online, not knowing how sweet they are. The sweetness in this cake was perfect- just enough sweetness without going overboard. I thought it had the right balance of raspberry taste. I would definitely purchase it again!
