To guarantee delivery, all addresses must be complete and correct. Please include recipient's daytime phone number. We cannot guarantee shipments to incorrect addresses. We're sorry, but we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes. We cannot ship outside the United States and Canada. Also, due to inaccessibility, there are certain parts of both countries that we cannot ship to and maintain our service and product guarantee. There is an additional shipping charge for packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please call us for details: 1-773-545-4900. We cannot accept cash, nor can we ship C.O.D. In the event of inclement weather and/or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances. All perishable foods are fresh frozen and shipped with dry ice in our insulated coolers, to make sure you receive them in perfect condition. Please be sure to open your packages as soon as they arrive so that your order can be stored properly. We reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value, if necessary, without notification.

Return Policy

DAMAGED PRODUCTS/RETURNS:
We take extra care to make sure your order arrives in top condition. When receiving your shipment, please the check the contents right away. Do not refuse or return the damaged products to us, unless we instruct you to do so.
