Every time we serve this cake, everyone agrees that it is simply to die for! Layers of dark chocolate cake are filled with light chocolate mousse with just a hint of rum, followed by another layer of velvety smooth white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries. Covered in luscious dark chocolate and decorated with fresh raspberries and white chocolate curls. Rich, moist, yet subtle in its sweetness. It's a winner!
