Of all Polish foods, the best-known and loved food in the United States are pierogies. These culinary delights are perfect as a main dish, side dish, or snack. Nutritious and easy to prepare, pierogies are becoming America's new fast food. Just place them in boiling water and they are ready to eat in just a few minutes. You may also saute boiled pierogies until golden brown. Serve hot with sour cream or garnish with sauteed onions.

Potato and Cheese Pierogi is our most popular flavor. The dumpling is stuffed with freshly whipped Idaho potatoes and the finest farmer’s cheese thus creating a truly classic taste.

For Best Quality
Let pierogi thaw. Place in a skillet with melted butter and 3 to 4 tbsp. of water on low heat and turn occasionally to brown evenly on both sides.
IMPORTANT: High heat toughens the dough.

To Boil
Heat 3-4 qrts of water in a pot to slow boil. Add a tsp. of salt, if desired. Place pierogi in boiling water, uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes or until rise to the top. Stir occasionally, drain. Do not overcook.
IMPORTANT: Overcooking decreases quality.

You won't be disappointed. Wonderful taste, quality product, well packed for shipping to anywhere in the USA. We Order these multiple times a year

Ruskie pierogi, these with potato, cheese or potato, cheese and onion filling, are very well-known traditional Polish food. Ruskie does not mean Russian, rather Ruthenian if we want to be precise. Ruskie pierogi come from the prewar Poland's region called Red Ruthenia. Today it lies within borders of Ukraine. What is interesting, while Poles use a name Ruthenian Pierogi, on the eastern side of the Polish border some Ukrainians call the same type of food a Polish pierogi.
