This hardy stew-like soup is a Polish specialty. The only problem with tripe soup is that it's timeconsuming to prepare. Since we did all the cooking, all you have to do is enjoy this special treat. Our delicious tripe soup is full of tender strips of beef tripe and vegetables, seasoned generously with salt & pepper, marjoram, ginger, nutmeg and paprika. You will savor every spoonful.
