The name KOLACZ refers to the rustic shape of this delicious yeast coffee cake, just like the one our great grandmother baked at home. Our KOLACZ is baked for us by a small Polish bakery with lots of loving care. To ensure the most flavorful results, they use good unsalted butter, high quality unbleached flour, fresh yeast, farmer’s cheese and eggs, no preservatives of any kind are added. Light in texture and not too sweet, it is sure to be everyone’s favorite at breakfast time or any time of the day. For your enjoyment, your order will consist of two (2) Coffee Cakes. APPROX.
