As the name implies, Krakowska (pronounced: krah-KUSS-kah) hails from Poland’s old royal capital of Kraków. It is made from choice cuts of lean pork, seasoned with pepper, allspice, coriander and garlic, packed into large casings an cooked in aromatic hot smoke. The result is a delicious, lean and meaty sausage fit for a king.. It is an excellent cold cut for sandwiches, dressed any way you like.
