Our delicious Layered Honey-Spice Cake is based on the traditional recipe, which originated in the Polish city of Torun. It is especially associated with Christmas but can be served at any other festive occasion you're planning. Made with pure honey, aromatic spices, layered with apricot and raspberry jam, and covered all over with dark chocolate glaze. It's sure to be everyone's favorite. "Piernik", as we call it in Polish retains its freshness for a long time when placed in the refrigerator. We send two cakes individually wrapped and gift boxed.
