Lightly smoked, using traditional methods, with a touch of sea salt, the proper amount of
smoking gives it just the right balance between firmness and moisture. It's wonderful as hors d'oeuvres or as a first course served with black bread. For best taste, serve the salmon at room temperature. It keeps 3 weeks refrigerated, unopened. You may also freeze it for 3- 4 weeks.
