Dill Dip
serves 4
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of cream cheese
1/4 tsp each: paper, salt and lemont zest
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp linseed
1 cup od dill
Toast the linseed in a hot frying pan, then blend in with the yogurt, cream, cheese, salt, pepper , lemon zest and juice. Refrigatrate. Before serving mix in the chopped dill.
