Homemade Kielbasa Recipe

Fresh not smoked sausage is one of the most versatile Kielbasa you can make. Homemade polish sausage is something everyone should have in there kitchen, weekly.

Prep: 30 Min Cook Time: Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • sausage casings
  • 3 pounds raw pork shoulder
  • 1 pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey

    Directions

    • Mix all ingredients except casings
    • Stuff casings into 1 foot links
    • Twist and tie ends off
    • Refrigerate up to 48 hours for best flavor.
