Fresh Biala Sausage

Fresh not smoked sausage is one of the most versatile Kielbasa you can make. Homemade polish sausage is something everyone should have in their kitchen, weekly.

Serves: 2-4


  • sausage casings
  • 3 pounds raw pork shoulder
  • 1¬†pound ground beef chuck
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon¬†pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Mix all ingredients except casings
  • Stuff¬†casings¬†into 1 foot links
  • Twist and tie ends off
  • Refrigerate up to 48¬†hours for best flavor.
