Ingredients
- Filling
- 1 pound boiled cabbage
- 8 oz of dry cottage cheese
- 1 minced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dough
- 2 eggs
- 3 and 1/4 cups flour
- dash of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter

Directions
- boil, drain and chop cabbage
- combine with cheese
- saute onion in butter
- combine with cabbage/cheese mix
- salt to taste
- combine eggs, flour, and salt
- its ok to add water to get smooth dough
- roll out thin and cut into 3" squares
- place teaspoon of filling to each square
- fold into triangles, pinch edges together
- cook in pot of salted boiling water for 5 min
- enjoy or....
- OR pan fry with a melted stick of butter and sliced onion till all is golden brown
