This mini meat chunk is a product of the neck section of a pork loin. The karczek meat is very juicy. It has a light pink color and a large fatty overgrowth. Enjoy in thicker slices and serve on a party platter with a spicy Polish mustard & pickles or build it into a sandwich!

Pork shoulder butt, water, salt, carnal 659 (sodium tripolyphosphate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate), sugar, flavormost WOC (salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, spice oils), sodium nitrite.

How to defrost

If you ordered a deli product from Polana.com, it will arrive to you frozen. Upon receiving your package, if you do not wish to enjoy these foods right away, please place the products back in the freezer immediately. Once you are ready to enjoy your deli meats from Polana, simply remove them from the freezer and place them in your refrigerator to thaw. Allow the meats about 12 hours to come back to their original texture, taste and condition.
