Plain Pound Cake - Keks
“Keks” is a simply coffee cake often enjoyed in Poland and other parts of Europe. Typically a Polish keks is made with dried fruits and nuts and is enjoyed around the holidays; however, a plain version is also enjoyed year-round. This plain keks is a delicious, soft pound cake loaf, great with a cup of tea or coffee. Try it with a bit of butter and honey on top!

How to defrost
Remove the cake from the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws.
