Polish Cheesecake with Peaches
Our traditional Polish cheesecake sets itself apart from others by using a better cheese. This truly authentic Polish cheesecake is made with a fresh cheese called Quark (or twaróg). Quark is a fresh Eastern European cheese that is much lower in fat content (similar to yogurt) than cream cheese. In addition, Quark cheese has no added salt.
Ingredients: Bakers cheese, cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla and orange flavor, peaches, coconut flakes
How to defrost: remove the cake form the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws. This cheese cake is folded with peaches. Best enjoyed with a side of fresh peach and whipped cream.
