Forest Mushroom Uszka Wigilijne
Uszka, "little ears" in Polish, are handmade small dumplings usually filled with mushroom, sauerkraut and mushroom or meat. They are usually served with borscht, though they can be eaten alone.
Following authentic Christmas Eve traditions in Eastern Europe, uszka are either floated in the soup, or eaten as a side dish.
Try them with your favorite pasta sauce!
