POLISH STYLE CANADIAN BACON - POLEDWICA SOPOCKA - SLICED
Strongly smoked to a dark cherry color and flavored with aromatic spices, this very lean chunk of traditional Polish bacon offers a deep smokey flavor and bold taste (fitting for a hunter’s appetite!). A great addition to fall and winter-time, hearty dishes. An excellent ingredient to the traditional Polish Bigos (Hunter’s Stew!) but also great inside sandwiches or scrambled eggs.
