Gluten Free Rice & Mushroom Cabbage Rolls w/Mushroom Sauce-3 Rolls (Gołąbki)
Vegetarian Stuffed Cabbage filled with a mixture of rice, mushrooms and onions steamed in our zesty mushroom sauce is well known Polish special.
It makes an excellent addition to your Christmas Eve menu or become fantastic main course on other occasions. Delicate, perfectly seasoned with mouthwatering aroma of mushroom sauce this kind of stuffed cabbage is loved by everyone from children, vegetarian to meat lovers.
Cooking instructions: Our gołąbki (stuffed cabbage rolls) are pre-cooked, so simply warm them up and serve.
For Best Quality pour 3- 4 tablespoons of filtered water into a deep skillet pan. Allow the water to warm just a bit, then add the frozen cabbage rolls (with sauce) into the pan. Set the heat to LOW, cover the pan with a lid and allow the cabbage rolls & sauce to slowly heat through. Make sure heat remains on low as the cabbage rolls heat for best quality. Total cooking time should take between 15-18 minutes. Once gołąbki (cabbage rolls) and sauce are warm, plate and enjoy!
Cabbage Rolls w/mushroom sauce serving tips:
- Chop a bit of fresh dill and sprinkle over the sauce topping on these gołąbki for a bit of added freshness and aroma to your dish.
- For extra sauce try topping with our Kucharek Mushroom Sauce.
