Rosehip Tea - Malwa
Rose-hip (Dzika Róża) is a popular ingredient in Polish cuisine. Most recognized as the main ingredient in one of Poland’s classic pączki fillings, it is also used for other deserts, beverages and can be enjoyed as a tea. This all natural, caffeine free tea is a unique beverage made of a combination of rosehip, hibiscus flowers, apple, and elderberry. An elegant beverage to enjoy with a rose-hip jam filled pączek, angel wings, or kołaczki!
To prepare, place a teabag in a cup. Pour 200ml of freshly boiled water over it and cover the cup. To obtain the deep, distinctive taste and aroma of the tea, brew for about 8-10 minutes.
