This old-fashioned luncheon loaf is a Polish take on the famous Italian “mortadella” cold-cut. This emulsified sausage is made with the addition of red bell peppers that give a sweet burst of flavor in between the meat. Enjoy this soft, Polish mortadella thinly sliced into a cold sandwich, or cut it into larger pieces and feature it on a charcuterie board!

How to defrost
