Sauerkraut with Forest Mushroom
Kapusta Grzybami may also be a base to another famous Polish delicacy called Bigos - Hunter Stew. To prepare Polish Bigos from Sauerkraut and Mushroom, saute onion and pan fry diced, mixed pieces of your favorite Polana sausage and bacon. When ready add sauerkraut with mushroom and cook until flavors blend. Add a little bit of dark beer if stew gets to thick while cooking.
