Cheesecake with Cream Glaze
Our traditional Polish cheesecake sets itself apart from others by using a better cheese. This truly authentic Polish cheesecake is made with a fresh cheese called Quark. Quark is a fresh Eastern European cheese that is much lower in fat content (similar to yogurt) than cream cheese. In addition, Quark cheese has no added salt. Our cheese cake is then finished with a creamy glaze that is sure to make you smile. Best enjoyed with fresh berries.

Whole eggs, butter, baking powder, flour, pure vanilla extract, cream cheese.

Remove the cake from the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws.
