Croquettes with Kraut and Mushr - 5 rolls
Our homemade croquettes are made with light and delicate crepes that are filled with a delicious mushroom and sauerkraut mixture. Next, they are folded and dipped in egg and bread crumbs to be browned until golden. Mushroom and Sauerkraut Croquettes are frequently served with a cup of hot clear beet soup or they can be served as an appetizer. Any way you decide to serve them, you will simply love them!
After thawing in your refrigerator, reheat Croquettes in a 400F oven and serve with a cup of clear beet barszcz.
