This wonderful old world soup is economical and easy to prepare, and will save you hours in the kitchen. Just add water and you will create a meal for 4 people in minutes. Great for snacks, dinner starters and cold winter warm-ups. In a large bowl, combine 3 cup of cold water and a soup mix. Stir until smooth and cook. Let soup set 5-8 minutes to thicken slightly. You could also add fresh sausage cut into small pieces, one clove of garlic and little bit of majoran and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with hard boiled eggs cut into halves.
