Polish Cheesecake with Peaches
The cheesecake with peaches is a favorite rustic dessert of Poland! Our traditional Polish cheesecake sets itself apart from others by using a better cheese. This truly authentic Polish cheesecake is made with a fresh cheese called Quark (or twaróg). Quark is a fresh Eastern European cheese that is much lower in fat content (similar to yogurt) than cream cheese. In addition, Quark cheese has no added salt. With the addition of sweet pieces of peach baked into the cake, it's a perfect springtime or summer delight!

Bakers cheese, cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla and orange flavor, peaches, coconut flakes.

Remove the cake form the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws. This cheese cake is folded with peaches. Best enjoyed with a side of fresh peach and whipped cream.
