Polish Cheesecake with Peaches
Our traditional Polish cheesecake sets itself apart from others by using a better cheese. This truly authentic Polish cheesecake is made with a fresh cheese called Quark (or twaróg). Quark is a fresh Eastern European cheese that is much lower in fat content (similar to yogurt) than cream cheese. In addition, Quark cheese has no added salt.
This cheese cake is folded with peaches. Best enjoyed with a side of fresh peach and whipped cream.
Remove Cheesecake form the freezer and refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours. Always leave the cake wrapped while it thaws.
Ingredients: Bakers cheese, cream cheese, sugar, butter, vanilla and orange flavor, peaches, coconut flakes
