Please note: Our beloved paczki are getting a delightful twist this year! While the photos show our traditional sugar glaze, we're now sprinkling them with a sweet, light dusting of powdered sugar for a wonderfully new taste experience. Rest assured, our paczki still carry the same delicious flavors and love as always! 

Pączki, Poland’s deep fried donuts, are known around the world. They are particularly celebrated in the U.S. on Fat Tuesday, but according to true, Polish tradition, they can be enjoyed any time of year! This famous Polish sweet has been around for quite a long time, and though today they are made with a variety of different and unique fillings, one of the oldest and most classic pączki fillings is rose hip jam (second only to plum butter)! These pączki, filled with an elegant and lightly sweet rose hip jam provide a perfect, classic, old-world taste! Light, fluffy, and topped with a thin sugar glaze they are one of the most traditional Polish sweets! We are certain you will love these pączki, but in order to enjoy them at their highest quality, please follow the instructions provided on our page to properly unfreeze them.

Wheat flour, margarine, salt, eggs, yeast, sugar, water, soybean oil, rose hip filling.

How to defrost

Please note that Polana’s Pączki do arrive a little frozen as our products are shipped with dry ice to protect their quality.

• If you’d like to enjoy your Pączki right away, take each paczki container out of the shipment box and set them aside at room temperature for up to 6 hours before eating.
• If you’d like to freeze them: place your Pączki boxes in the freezer when your order arrives. When you’re ready to enjoy them, take the Pączki out of the freezer and place them in a safe place at room temperature. Crack the lid of each plastic container just a bit and allow them to defrost overnight.
