A classic of Polish home cooking, zupa pieczarkowa (mushroom soup) is a dish found on tables across the country. This comforting version from Proste Historie combines tender champignon mushrooms with a touch of fresh parsley for a balanced, rustic flavor.
Proste Historie’s ready-made recipe saves you the time of chopping, simmering, and seasoning, while still delivering the traditional taste you’d expect in a Polish household. Just heat and serve for an easy, nourishing meal.
Perfect as a light dinner or paired with Polana’s bakery breads to make it more substantial, this soup brings the warmth and simplicity of Polish tradition straight to your table.
Ingredients
Mushrooms (35%), carrots, potatoes (10%), fried potatoes (10%) (potatoes, sunflower oil), celery, onion, parsley root (5%), parsley leaves (5%), leek.
