Ingredients
Fermented cucumbers (37%) (cucumbers, salt, spices: dill, garlic, horseradish), pan-fried potatoes (17%) (potatoes, sunflower oil), potatoes (17%), carrots, celery, onion, parsley root, dill (1%).
Preparation Instructions
Without defrosting, pour the cucumber soup into about 1.5 liter of boiling broth. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the end of cooking, you may add cream to the soup.
