Follow the prep instructions below and enjoy this clear red beet broth whichever traditional way you prefer - pour it into a bowl over some cooked uszka, or a halved boiled egg with sausage and bits of bacon or sip from a cup with a baked croquette on the side!
- Step 1 Pour the contents of the bag (48 g) into 750 ml of cold water and mix thoroughly.
- Step 2 Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
