This truly authentic Polish cheesecake is made with a fresh cheese called Quark (or twaróg). Quark is a fresh Eastern European cheese that is much lower in fat content (similar to yogurt) than cream cheese. In addition, Quark cheese has no added salt. With the addition of sweet pieces of peach baked into the cake, it's a perfect, light dessert! This cheesecake comes with a beautiful pattern design on top. It has a beautiful presentation for holidays and special occasions.
