Cracovia Condensed Mushroom Soup (Zupa Grzybowa)
Cracovia Condensed Mushroom Soup – Hearty Polish Style
Cracovia’s Condensed Mushroom Soup, or "Zupa Grzybowa," offers a heartier, more rustic interpretation of this Polish classic.
Rather than being centered on mushrooms alone, this soup features a rich base of buckwheat, beans, and root vegetables, seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices for a deeply satisfying, earthy flavor. Though mushrooms are present, they play more of a supporting role alongside the legumes and grains that give this soup its filling, stew-like texture.
Packaged in a convenient jar, simply add water, heat, and enjoy. It makes a nourishing meal on its own or pairs well with a slice of hearty rye bread.
Note: This soup has a thicker consistency and more of a grain-and-bean-forward flavor than a traditional mushroom-based broth.
