Zwyczjna; Cooked and Smoked Regular Polish Sausage is the basic of all and the most popular Polish sausage in 70's. It's balanced aroma, high content of spices like marjoram, garlic and black pepper and higher amount of fat what makes it very tasty and commonly used in polish hot recipes.
Zwyczajna has light color and mild, smoky flavor. It has fine texture and is a must have of scouts and campers. Great to heat over campfire but also perfect for cooking with sauerkraut, pan frying and poaching. It is finely ground, juicy and has a delicate casing so is great to serve grilled and on the bun much like Maxwell Street Style.
For best results, flavor and aroma please open the vacuum pack and allow sausage fully thaw and dry in the refrigerator.
