Polish Babka - Piaskowa
This is everyone's favorite cake. Light and delicate, full of wonderful lemon-vanilla flavor, not overly sweet, has that homemade taste and feel to it. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. We bake it the old-fashioned way using the finest and freshest ingredients available. For a final touch we dust our Babka with powdered sugar.
To Defrost: Remove babka from the freezer and leave at room temperature for up to six hours.
Always leave the bread wrapped while it thaws.
